Aniimo Oct 29 Update: Season 1 Part 2
Season 1 Departure with the Wind Part 2 lands Oct 29: Whisperwake Isles, 32 new species, season Prismana dates, Vein Abundance schedule and events.

This page lists only what the official Part 2 Update Preview (published 16 October 2026) says. The preview itself warns that it is subject to change, so we will re-check it against the patch notes on update day. Anything the preview does not state is marked unknown.
When it starts and ends
- Starts: with the October 29, 2026 update.
- Ends: before the December 10, 2026 update.
- Exact maintenance time by server: not announced yet. Past resource updates were posted per region (Europe, Americas, Apac) on Steam, so expect the same format.
The new map: Whisperwake Isles
Part 2 adds a new area, the Whisperwake Isles, with four named locations:
- Crescent Bay
- Rosy Mirelands
- Wildwater Gorge
- Cloudreach Falls
How to unlock it (official): reach Lv. 55, advance to Grade I Trailblazer, and complete the story “A Tale of Tide and Song”.
New storylines named in the preview: A Tale of Tide and Song, Secluded Seas, and Challenge of the Roaring Rapids.
New Aniimo
The preview headline is 32 new species and 51 brand-new Aniimo. It shows the species as icons without names, so we do not list them here.

Jaguaraun was designed by @_itosilva and won the Strongest Bond Award in the first Aniimo Co-Dev Contest. The preview says the other three winning designs will be added over time, and that a second Co-Dev Contest is coming.
Vein Abundance schedule
During Vein Abundance, a special Prismana Form Aniimo appears in the Whisperwake Isles for a limited time, and the listed Breezy Plains areas are boosted too.

Two official notes under that table:
- Season-exclusive Prismana Aniimo will also be available in the Breezy Plains.
- Pathfinders who have not unlocked the Whisperwake Isles can still nurture the ecosystem in the listed Breezy Plains areas during Vein Abundance.
The first window lists Beast Fang Ridge. That is the habitat the official index lists for Scorchhowl, whose forms include a Prismana Form. The preview does not say which Aniimo the boost affects there, so treat that link as a place to check, not a promise.

What to do before October 29
These steps follow from the official unlock rule above. They are not a leak.
- Get to Lv. 55 and Grade I Trailblazer. Without both, you cannot enter the Whisperwake Isles on day one.
- Keep your Companion Handbook moving. Prismana Hypnyto comes from the Companion Handbook. A limited EXP boost for Handbook levels below 70 started on 19 October (Steam patch notes, 17 October).
- Plan around Breezy Plains if you are not ready yet. The listed Breezy Plains areas still take part in Vein Abundance.
Still unknown
- Server maintenance times on October 29.
- Names of the 32 new species beyond the ones listed above.
- Exact Companion Handbook and Season Achievement requirements for Hypnyto and Ekrim.
- Whether any of this changes in the final patch notes.
